Aside from launching Out In Music this year, we have put together a series of goals we’re accomplishing as we build the organization.

Our goals for our first year in 2025-2026:

• Produce a pride activation in Los Angeles during June 2026.

• Produce at least one educational resource a quarter for our membership.

• Produce one type of event each month in Los Angeles and must be either a mixer, panel, party, or dinner. 

• Launch a mentorship program in January 2026.

• Launch the Lavender List and give out the awards during Grammy week in 2026.

• Secure grant funding. 

• Build out an advisory board of LGBTQIA+ professionals to guide the organization.
